1. ABC is a public service entity. ABC and ABCertified logos are the trademarks owned by ABC. ABC or ABCertified logo is affixed on certified products only by the licensees of ABC. ABC does not have any exclusive license relationship with any one. The flow chart above is merely a representation of some of the players involved in the chain for ABCertification. There are several other players in the ecosystem of ABCertification, besides the ones listed as above. Consumers may choose any stream of their choice. ABC does not assign any superiority to any entity over another. Certificate shown above and the rope seal are the approved and copyrighted display material of ABC.

2. COPCHI is a cooperative and is one of the entities licensed to inspect and ABCertify, pre-owned homes. Licensees are not location specific. COPCHI is not an exclusive licensee for ABCertification, for any specific location.

3. Certified Multiple Listing Service (CMLS) is another entity to display ABCertified Home logo. Amongst many services offered by CMLS, is a free membership to its qualified realtors who may display and sell ABCertified homes, a free search engine for ABCertified or Certifiable homes and API’s, aggregations and broadcast services etc. CMLS is not an exclusive display agent of ABC. COPCHI has secured only the first right of refusal to inspect and ABCertify for its members in certain territories only. Except for this service agreement, CMLS is not affiliated with COPCHI in any other way. CMLS search engine also offers its leads to other qualifying inspection groups also.

4. IE HOME INSPECTION (IEHI) is an independent 3rd party, virtual office system where amongst other services the inspectors can upload the ABCertification reports for their clients. Authorized consumers can download, print or forward the certification reports of the ABCertified Homes. IEHI has service agreements with its users but none are exclusive. IEHI is not affiliated with ABC or any other entity listed in this flow chart.

5. REPORT ON NET (RON) is an independent 3rd party service provider and is one of the online report writing systems, authorized to create ABCertify reports. RON is not an exclusive entity for creating ABCertification reports and is not affiliated with ABC or any other entity in any other way.

6. MY FREE INSPECTION (MFI) is a wholly owned website of CMLS and is used by its members to facilitate the ABCertified home transactions. MFI is not affiliated with ABC in any other way.

7. IE Realty Site (IERS) is an independent 3rd party website builder system and amongst many other promotions, creates single websites of ABCertified Homes. IEHI and IERS are owned IE IT group and is not affiliated and has no exclusivity of any thing from ABC or any other entities in this flow chart.

ABC does not serve the consumers directly. ABC does not set any fees to allow the free and competitive market to create its own levels. There are many other entities engaged in the ABC ecosystem to serve the consumers. This flow chart is merely one of the ways ABC consumers are served and is necessarily not the only way.
